The DTB speaks out against all forms of violence in sport and has also anchored this in Section 2 of its statutes. It is important to us to work together to create a culture of mindfulness and to promote mutual respect and tolerance in our interactions with one another.
The DTB is committed to the well-being of all members and especially all players entrusted to it. Our interactions with each other are characterized by appreciation, helpfulness, politeness and fair play. We create an appreciative environment together and do not tolerate derogatory, sexist, discriminatory and violent behavior (whether verbal or non-verbal) and take a stand together. In order to establish this culture, all athletes, all coaches and parents need to be mindful, attentive and have the courage to address the issue.
We are committed to a culture of mindfulness in our interactions with one another.
